Shoham maintains a high standard quality assurance system. Our quality team adheres to a comprehensive quality assurance framework that ensures that our products and processes meet our customer’s requirements.
QUALITY REGISTRATIONS
Shoham is registered to ISO 13485 for all other products and services. To ensure compliance to the ISO standard, we regularly conduct internal and external audits. External audits are performed on an annual basis by an independent licensed ISO registrar, and internal audits are performed quarterly by trained Shoham personnel. Additionally, customers audit us on a regular basis and provide feedback for continuous improvement to our quality systems.
