Overview
Meltio Wire-Laser Metal 3D Printing Technology
Meltio’s technology revolutionizes metal additive manufacturing by using a high-power laser to melt standard welding wire—without the need for metal powders or complex safety systems. This Directed Energy Deposition (DED) process delivers high-purity, dense metal parts with excellent mechanical properties, while keeping operations safe, clean, and cost-effective.
Key advantages include:
• Multi-metal capability: Ability to print stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and more using standard wire.
• Hybrid manufacturing: Seamless integration onto CNCs or robotic arms for repair, feature addition, or full part production.
• High deposition control: Real-time monitoring and closed-loop control ensure consistent results.
• Modular and scalable: Ideal for labs, R&D, production, and repair across aerospace, defense, energy, and more.
Shoham provides complete Meltio solutions, from installation and training to support and applications development.
